SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS website. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email within 24-48 hours after you’ve received it for an update.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days (USA) for your order to arrive after you received the tracking number. Priority mail will arrive within 3-5 business days.
International orders may take up to 20 business days to arrive depending on your location.
If the estimated times outlined have passed, and your order has not been delivered, please contact us to let us know.
If you have not received an email with your tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Overnight and Saturday shipping availability and order cutoff times are subject to change. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
